Refund policy

Due to their personal nature, all BioGeometry jewelry (BioSignatures pendant, BioSignatures ring, and all pendants) is sold on a final sale basis. All other unused products, excluding jewelry and books, are valid for a return upon approval.

Note: Please contact us first to determine if you are eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend shipping your return using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returned packages that are not received.

Eligible returns are only on the product, not shipping costs. We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. We will review the request and let you know.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at annette@healthwisespaces.com. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

We do not cover customs duties or shipping costs for returned goods. You will also be deducted any shipping costs we may have paid to ship the initial item(s).

A 7.00 euro/usd restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover costs related to packaging and currency exchange fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain products, such as BioGeometry jewelry, books or used items, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Sorry, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
