Shipping & Returns

We ship from British Columbia, Canada.

Insurance: All orders include up to $100CAD insurance coverage for loss or damage, which is the maximum amount we will reimburse. If you require additional coverage, please contact us to request a quote.

BGShopOnline: We primarily ship via Canada Post/USPS but may also may use UPS, Purolator, DHL or FedEx.

Courier Services: If you require a faster shipping option than what is displayed, please get in touch with us for a custom quote.

International Shipping: If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for accurate shipping rates.

Orders outside of Canada: Please note that orders are shipped from Canada.

U.S. Shipping Policy 

For our USA customers: Please note that tariffs are a dynamic situation and may change at any time. Some of our products qualify under the CUSMA/USMCA trade agreement, meaning they ship directly from Canada to U.S. customers without import duties. Any duties/tariffs owing will be displayed at checkout for our USA-based customers.

All U.S. shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable duties or tariffs are included in your order, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Customs/Duties/VAT

Your country may charge you customs, duties and/or import taxes depending on where you order from.

For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the checkout price and are the customer’s responsibility. Your local postal carrier or customs office may collect these upon delivery. 

Please note that the tariffs/duties are now displayed at checkout for USA orders only.

International buyers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the customs and import regulations of their country. This also includes the USA. All customs fees, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note: Orders refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs/duties/VAT fees may be ineligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot mark parcels as "gifts" for customs purposes or adjust prices, as this is illegal for commercial transactions. Orders returned due to unpaid import taxes or duties will not be refunded.

EU and UK shipping policies:

All parcels imported into the UK valued at under £135 GBP are subject to VAT, which must be paid at the international point of sale and then forwarded to the UK, rather than being collected by British customs agents once the parcel has landed in the UK. We do not have a British VAT number and are therefore unable to comply with this administrative requirement.

To proceed with the purchase, UK customers must ensure their order total is at least £135 GBP before shipping costs.

All parcels imported into Europe with a value under 150 EUR are now subject to VAT, which must be paid at the international point of sale. The VAT is then forwarded to the EU instead of being collected by EU customs agents once the parcel has landed in Europe. We do not have our European VAT number and therefore cannot comply with this administrative requirement.

Customers in Europe looking to purchase products must ensure their order total, before shipping, meets the minimum of 150 EUR.

Orders over the thresholds will still have customs/duties/VAT once assessed by the receiving country.

Correct Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot verify addresses and cannot be held responsible for any errors, including incorrect or incomplete zip codes, missing apartment/unit/floor numbers, or other inaccuracies. Address errors may lead to shipping delays or returned parcels; any additional costs, such as re-shipping fees, are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please get in touch with us immediately so we can update it before your package is processed. Thank you!

Processing Time: Orders usually ship within 1-4 business days of receiving payment. You should receive a Canada Post tracking number within this time frame(weekends & holidays excluded).

All orders are shipped with tracking. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment.

Cancelled Shipping labels

Cancelled shipping labels will incur a USD 5 fee.

Returns

Return Policy: Due to their personal nature, all BioGeometry jewelry (the BioSignatures pendant, BioSignatures ring, and all pendants) is a final sale. All other unused products, excluding the BioSignatures pendant, BioSignatures ring, and all pendants, are eligible for return and refund within 15 days of receipt
Note: You must contact us first to see if you are eligible for a refund. We strongly suggest shipping your return using regular tracked shipping. We are not responsible for returned packages that are not received. Eligible returns only pertain to the product, not shipping costs.
